Before you order

Is it safe for my cat?
Every DOEL box watches for the cat before and during a cycle: four weight sensors confirm each pet, infrared radar detects anything inside the chamber, and the cycle stops immediately if an obstruction is found. The entry is sized so cats from 1.5kg to 10kg can enter and leave freely.
Which litter types can I use?
Bean (Tofu) litter, bentonite, mixed litters and mineral litters all work. Use the litter type the model's manual recommends for sifting, and stay under the maximum fill line marked inside the drum.
Will it work with several cats?
Yes. The weight and visit logs distinguish visits, so a multi-cat household can follow each trend in the app. The 9L waste bin on the T1 Plus covers roughly 15 days between emptying for one cat; with several cats you empty it more often, and the app tells you when.
How loud is it?
The Ti New is the quietest at 30dB, close to a whispered conversation. The other models run at a similar indoor-comfort level, and cycles start only after your cat has left the chamber.
What does the warranty cover?
